Terms of Service

Andrea Pascali ("Loreing", "we", "us") operates the platform loreing.com, a custom documentary series commissioning service. The platform allows each user to request the production of a personalised documentary series. Produced content is accessible exclusively by the account that commissioned it and is not shared with other users. By using the service, you fully accept these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

To access the service features, you must create an account. • You must be at least 18 years of age. • You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. • You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. • You may not assign or transfer your account to third parties. • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The content available on the platform consists exclusively of documentary series commissioned by each individual user. Each video is visible only to the account that commissioned it. There is no shared catalogue and content is not accessible to other users. We reserve the right to modify the delivery and access methods for commissioned content at any time, with prior notice to the affected users.

Use of the commissioning service requires the purchase of prepaid credit packages. • Credits are purchased directly from your account area in packages available in various denominations. • Credits may be used exclusively to commission personalised documentary series. • Payments are processed securely via Lemon Squeezy. • Purchased credits are personal, non-assignable, and non-transferable to third parties. • Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. In the event of account deletion, any remaining credits will not be refunded except as required by applicable law. • You will receive a confirmation email for each purchase. • The number of credits required for each commission is clearly indicated before you confirm the transaction.

The commissioning service is available to all registered users with a sufficient credit balance and allows them to request the production of a personalised documentary series. • The number of credits required for each commission is clearly indicated at the time of the request. • Credits are deducted immediately upon order confirmation. • You will receive a confirmation email upon successful completion. • The commission entitles you to the production and delivery of the video within the timeframe indicated at the time of purchase. • The produced video will be accessible exclusively from your account and will not be shared with other users.

You have the right to withdraw from a credit package purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, pursuant to EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable consumer protection law, provided that none of the credits in that package have been used. Once even one credit from a purchased package has been used, the right of withdrawal lapses for the entire package. Credits used to commission an episode are non-refundable once production has commenced. You will be notified by email when production starts. To request a refund, write to admin@loreing.com within the applicable deadline.

All content on the platform — texts, videos, images, trademarks, logos, interface — is the exclusive property of Andrea Pascali or the respective licensors. You may not: • Reproduce, distribute, or transmit content without written authorisation. • Use content for commercial purposes. • Remove or alter copyright information. Commissioned episodes remain the property of Andrea Pascali. The user who commissioned the video receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view their video through the platform.

By using the service, you agree not to: • Violate applicable laws or regulations. • Upload content that infringes third-party rights or that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal. • Attempt unauthorised access to platform systems. • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service. • Share your account credentials with third parties. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Andrea Pascali is not liable for: • Service interruptions, technical errors, or temporary platform unavailability. • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. • Third-party content that may be accessible through the platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We reserve the right to: • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. • Update these Terms with at least 15 days' notice to registered users via email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florence. For consumers resident in the EU, the consumer protection legislation of the user's country of residence shall also apply where more favourable. For users resident in the United States or other non-EU jurisdictions: nothing in this clause limits any rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country or state of residence.
